Everything cost top Dollar but I don't think the service was worth the cost. As far as massages go my partner and I both had seperate but consecutive massages then moved over for one hour Spa pedicures and manicures. I recall not being satisfied with mani and pedi last year. Because my partner added extra time to his massage I was left sitting with my feet in the water for a long time while they waited on him. I didn't ask to sit and wait on him. Then when he got there, mens services are shorter because they do less so mine was rushed through to get us done at the same time. The only reason I continue to go there is because guys are funny about doing fingers and toes and my guy being a business professional was comfortible in this upscale area where other males use their services. If it werent for him going there, Ive been to many places and this one is just mediocure.
I have been coming to this Aveda Salon off and on thru the years when I come to my home. I find everyone very cordial and friendly. The atmosphere is serene and soothing and the Aveda products high end. They have a nice waiting area and the wall shelves have Aveda products which I find comes in handy. I had root touch up with Holly and got the color exactly the right shade. Complimentary blow dry is included which most salons don't include. It's the best in Keystone
I booked my wedding hair here and had a great experience. Cassie did a great job scheduling everything and working with me to make sure I was set. Paige did my wedding hair and I loved it! Since I had an early wedding (11am), I did a trial to make sure that the morning of the wedding, we would be able to get in and get out on time. The morning of, everything went really smoothly, and I was really happy with the final result for hair and make-up. Another stylist did my mother, maid of honor, and even offered to curl the hair for the flower girl, and we had good results with that one too. However, the awesome go-above-and-beyond was when Paige actually gave me a ride back to my condo in her car so that I could have extra time to change before pictures rather than spending time at the salon waiting for the rest of the group to get done--you guys rock! :)
I am a new massage therapist here. The Serenity spa has a wonderful atmosphere and offered superb service. Everyone here is extremely friendly and welcoming to the guests. Most importantly this spa is filled with talented therapist with specific specialty's that will suit your needs.
My relatives gave me a $100 gift card to Serenity Spa a year and a half ago. On the back of the card it said that it expired in two years. I never used it, however Serenity Spa told me there was a $0 balance on it. Then they looked me up and said I, nor my relatives, were in the system. I have been there before, and the reason my relatives got me a gift card there was because Serenity Spa said that I was a customer in their system. The excuse from the staff was that the management had changed over, and now they only honor gift cards up to one year. Very disappointing.
